Attivo Networks has integrated its deception technology-based ThreatDefend platform into CrowdStrike’s endpoint solution.
CrowdStrike is a provider of cloud-based endpoint protection. By combining both techniques, companies should be able to use an integrated defense strategy. This is based on the Attivo ThreatDefend platform and Falcon endpoint protection from CrowdStrike. According to the manufacturer, the joint solution offers early and precise threat detection. It also automatically quarantines compromised endpoints. Regardless of whether it is an automated attack or a human attacker: through rapid detection, classification and response, the joint solution reduces the risks associated with a cyber attack.
By combining both solutions, companies can identify network threats early, block them automatically, and quarantine them, says Attivo. Above all, this serves to shorten the dwell time of the attackers and to reduce the risk of large-scale security breaches.
